2018 Ram 1500 Hemi Tick on Cold Start - What gives?

My 2018 Ram 1500 Laramie, with the 5.7L Hemi, has developed this annoying ticking sound, especially when I first start it up in the morning. It seems to quiet down a bit once it warms up, but it's still noticeable.

I've heard about the "Hemi tick" before, but I'm wondering if this is normal or something I should be concerned about. The truck has about 75,000 miles on it.

Is this a common issue for this model year? What could be causing it, and what's the typical fix?
