My 2018 Ram 1500 Laramie's Uconnect 8.4 system has been acting up lately. It freezes constantly, sometimes goes completely black, and navigation often stops working mid-route. It's incredibly frustrating, especially on longer drives.

I've tried the soft reset by holding down the volume and tuner buttons, and it works for a short while, but the problems always return. It feels like a software glitch, but I'm not sure if there's a more permanent fix or if it could be a hardware issue.

Has anyone else experienced similar problems with their Uconnect system in a 2018 Ram 1500? Any advice on what I can do before taking it to the dealership?
