Vehicle: 2024 Rivian R1T Quad-Motor

Hi everyone,

I'm having some serious issues with the main infotainment screen in my brand new 2024 Rivian R1T Quad-Motor. It's only a few months old, and already the screen is freezing up randomly. Sometimes it's just a momentary freeze, but other times it completely blacks out for several minutes, making it impossible to control climate, navigation, or even see my speed.

It usually happens when I'm navigating or switching between different apps. A soft reset (holding down the steering wheel buttons) sometimes brings it back, but it's not a reliable fix.
