2018 Model 3 Long Range - Significant Battery Degradation?

Hey everyone, I've got a 2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range with about 80,000 miles on it. Lately, I've noticed a pretty significant drop in my usable range. When it was new, I could easily get over 300 miles on a full charge, but now it feels like I'm struggling to hit 250, even with careful driving and charging habits.

I usually charge to 80-90% and rarely let it drop below 20%. I've tried recalibrating the battery by letting it drain low and charging to 100% a few times, but it hasn't seemed to make much of a difference.

Is this normal for a 2018 Model 3 with this mileage? What kind of degradation are others seeing? I'm wondering if there's something specific I should be looking into or if this is just the reality of an older EV battery.
