Vehicle: 2015 Tesla Model S P85D
My 2015 Tesla Model S P85D is having a frustrating issue with the driver's side door handle. For the past few days, it's been getting progressively worse, and now it won't present at all. It just stays flush with the door, and I have to use the passenger side to get in.
I've tried locking and unlocking the car multiple times, rebooting the screen, and even a full power cycle, but nothing seems to work. Is this a common problem for early Model S vehicles? It feels like a mechanical failure.
What are my options here? Can this be fixed without a full handle replacement, or am I looking at a costly repair? Any advice from other owners would be greatly appreciated!
