Vehicle: 2022 Tesla Model Y Long Range

I'm having a major issue with the climate control in my 2022 Tesla Model Y Long Range. The heating and cooling have completely stopped working, and I'm getting an "HVAC Service Required" message on the screen. It's getting pretty uncomfortable in here!

I've tried resetting the system through the screen, but it hasn't helped. There are no strange smells or noises, just no airflow or temperature control.
