2016 XC90 T6 Rough Shifts - Time for Transmission Fluid Service?

Hey everyone, I've got a 2016 Volvo XC90 T6 with about 95,000 miles on it. Lately, I've noticed some rougher shifts, especially when accelerating from a stop or at lower speeds. It's not always consistent, but it's definitely more noticeable than it used to be.

I've checked the service records, and it doesn't look like the transmission fluid has ever been changed. I know Volvo often says 'lifetime fluid,' but that seems a bit optimistic for a transmission that's working hard.

Has anyone with a similar model year XC90 experienced this? What's the recommended interval for a transmission fluid change on these, and is it something a DIYer can tackle, or is it best left to the pros? Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated!
