Hey everyone, I've got a 2017 Volvo XC90 T6 Inscription with about 72,000 miles on it. Lately, I've noticed the transmission feels a bit rough, especially during upshifts from 2nd to 3rd gear. It's not terrible, but definitely not as smooth as it used to be.

I've been looking through the owner's manual, and it seems Volvo considers the transmission fluid 'lifetime' for many models, but I'm skeptical. With this many miles, shouldn't it be changed? I'm worried about potential long-term damage if I don't address it.

Has anyone with a similar year/model XC90 done a transmission fluid flush or drain and fill? What was your experience? Did it help with shifting issues? I haven't seen any check engine lights, but I'm thinking about getting it scanned just in case.
