My 2018 Volvo S60 T5, with about 80,000 miles, has started shifting a bit rough, especially from 2nd to 3rd gear. It's not a violent jerk, but definitely noticeable and not as smooth as it used to be. I'm wondering if it's time to consider a transmission fluid change.
I've heard mixed opinions on Volvo's "lifetime" fluid. Is this something a DIYer can tackle, or is it best left to the dealership? What type of fluid should I be looking for? I haven't seen any check engine lights yet, but the rough shifts are concerning.
