Vehicle: 2018 Volvo XC60 T8 R-Design
Hello Volvo community,
I'm experiencing frustrating issues with the Sensus infotainment system in my 2018 Volvo XC60 T8 R-Design. The screen frequently freezes, becomes unresponsive, and sometimes reboots itself completely while I'm driving. This happens seemingly at random, and it's particularly annoying when I'm using navigation or Apple CarPlay.
I've tried restarting the system by holding the home button, but the problem always returns. Is this a common issue with the Sensus system in this model year? Are there any known fixes, like software updates, that I should be aware of?
It's really impacting the driving experience, and I'm hoping there's a solution beyond a costly hardware replacement.
