Vehicle: 2018 Volvo XC60 T5 Momentum
Hey everyone,
I'm having a really frustrating issue with the Sensus infotainment system in my 2018 Volvo XC60 T5 Momentum. Lately, it's been freezing up completely, sometimes for a minute or two, and then it just reboots itself. This happens pretty randomly, but it seems to be more frequent when I'm using Apple CarPlay or the built-in navigation.
It's really disruptive, especially when I'm trying to follow directions or make a call. I've tried doing the soft reset by holding the home button, and that sometimes helps for a bit, but the problem always comes back. I'm wondering if this is a known issue for this model year or if anyone else has experienced something similar.
Is there a specific software update I should be asking the dealership about, or could this be a hardware problem? Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated!
