Hi all,

My 2020 Infiniti QX50 Essential, with about 55,000 miles, has recently developed a rough idle. It feels like a slight stumble, especially when stopped at a light. The 'check engine' light came on briefly and then went off, but I scanned it and got a P0301 code (Cylinder 1 Misfire) and P0300 (Random/Multiple Misfire).
